[ General Description ]

In the onset of what happened in Arizona, the top heroes of America alongside several governments in the world made moves to try and reinforce the rights of the gifted while also giving an internationally accepted and standardized region for training heroes. This place? It is called "MIHA", or Maplewood International Heroes Academy.

While everything that happened in Arizona still remains partially classified, enough information has gotten out to inform people as to why this has happened. And through the marvels of Rhinelab's engineering department and the second-to-none logistical capabilities they hold, MIHA was made possible.

The island itself built in the Atlantic was made possible through the use of Rhinelab's one-of-a-kind nano technology. While this tech has been internationally banned for years, it was truthfully only a matter of time before it was used again.

MIHA itself is a sanctuary for the gifted, yet not exclusive for them. The city-state nation welcomes one and all who wish to build a better future for all of humanity.

Yet, as more heroes take an international stage, it only stands to be assumed that villains will be doing the same.

Tensions in the world have reached an all time high, yet, it almost seems like this is just the start of the fuze that has been lit.
