📜 Blackline Operations
Rules & Conduct Policy
1️⃣ Purpose
This policy sets the standards of behavior for all members of Blackline Operations to maintain professionalism, realism, and respect within the server and Discord.
2️⃣ General Conduct
All members must:
Act professionally at all times
Treat others with respect
Follow the chain of command
Represent Blackline Operations in a positive manner
Unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
3️⃣ Chain of Command
Orders from higher command must be followed
Concerns or disagreements must be handled through proper channels
Public arguing, insubordination, or defiance is prohibited
Failure to follow command may result in discipline.
4️⃣ Abuse of Authority
Members may not:
Abuse rank, permissions, or roles
Use authority for personal gain
Harass or intimidate others
Bypass procedures for convenience
Any abuse of authority will be investigated by Internal Affairs Division (IAD).
