Moonshy listens offers peer and mentor support.

I’m Moonshy. I am autistic and live with mental illness, including depression and PTSD, among other challenges. Having faced a lot of rejection in my life, I’m motivated to help others who are struggling.
I have experience in active listening and have moderated an online mental health support group for about two years. I’ve completed a DBT course and am currently enrolled in several others, including CBT and educational psychology.

Do you need someone to talk to or vent your feelings? I offer 30-minute chats where you can express yourself freely. I'm here to listen and support you because life can be tough, but you don’t have to face it alone.
