I have created a text based war game, it is like chess, d and d, and kriegshpiel (old Prussian game) had a baby. the format is as follows, 2 opposing tacticians communicate with (a) commander(s) about attack formation of their army and other things (imagine your writing a note to the commander(s) on a battlefield) you are then given a reply message of the results of the round, continue this process till one side surrenders or is decimated. dm for questions.
(p.s. the game is formated for medevial warfare, but there are versions for ww1, ww2, and even modern war. there is also some lore if you want to rp)
