Since the great calamity, technological advances have pushed the world of Hyrule far beyond simple medieval technology and into the modern age. Electricity, cars, robots, and all the amenities you see around you are part of Hyruleans' daily lives. The Cycle continued, until it was silenced...

"One hundred and fifty years ago Ganondorf, the bloodthirsty Gerudo dictator, was executed after a trial by jury composed of members of every Hyrulean race. There has thankfully not been a male Gerudo born for one and a half centuries.

Today we celebrate the Princess's seventeenth year of life, and the anniversary of the day she was cursed with blindness by an enemy of the king. May the souls of the king's adversaries never find rest. Today marks the sixteenth anniversary since the ancient relic, the Master Sword, assumed a glowing state spoken of only briefly in ancient texts.

Today, also, marks the sixty-seventh anniversary of the first blood moon since the end of Ganondorf's great war. We have it on good authority that any Gerudo surviving to that age would be close to perishing of natural causes. We can expect the blood moons to cease sometime within the next twenty years. What an exciting Friday, am I right, folks?"

Welcome, everybody, to The New Legends! This is a modern AU Zelda server I have made, loosely based around the BOTW world. As of writing this on 4/7/2024, the server is brand spanking new! So please, hop right on in to a world where your choices matter! Link might be the one holding the Blade of Evil's Bane, but no one man's might can match that which opposes the forces of light.
