Dating back decades, Kozakura-ikka and Dajokan have been rivals ever since their founders fought against each other. These are two of the most influential and powerful yakuza groups in Tokyo, each known for their different strengths.
Kozakura is known for their massive drug empire, always being able to smuggle their goods without getting caught. They have some of the best hackers and negotiators. Dajokan prides themselves on being able to infiltrate companies and take them over. They now control and own most of Tokyo's capital enterprises.
Recently, police have discovered a series of murders taking place throughout the city. They suspect the two groups, but their evidence isn't enough to pinpoint the crimes on either of them. Citizens have been warned to not stay out past dark and to be wary of any dangerous activity they may come across and to report it immediately.
