Here at the MHM Discord server we believe that mental health is not talked about enough, and in some places, there are not enough resources out there to help with other people's mental health.
We also believe that men's mental health is not talked about enough as they may be ruining their masculine identity (toxic masculinity), and we are here to change that!

Here you you can speak to someone on the Support Team to seek support for any issues that you may have, and you will always get the best service available, you will have a two-step password protected file that only your supporter knows, with everything that can help them get a better understanding of you!
