1. Does the printer come as retail?
99% Of the time it comes as refurbished. Brown box, HP logo, "Certified Refurbished" is written on it. Please do not order expecting a retail printer. Also no cables and no toner.

2. How long will my order take to get processed?
Depending on amount of orders i will usually process your order right after receiving the payment or next-day. Worst case scenario, the day-after.
