22 years ago, women who were not pregnant, gave birth and to this day, we still don't know what triggered it. While many of the children grew up to live normal lives...a roleplay would be boring if we only focused on those right! These children, if pushed, would develop extraordinary abilities and there was one man who was happy to do the pushing.

Billionaire Edward Eisley managed to adopt eleven of the children and formed his Champions and decided to devote their lives to saving the world. However, the Champions are not the only gifted to have their potential tapped even if they're the most notable. While there are only a couple of hundreds of gifted , various organizations, villainous, heroic, and just plain strange have cropped up during the last decades.

Now, using one's powers in public has been strictly outlawed after a grizzly conflict gone wrong and Mr. Eisley has disappeared off the face of the Earth so it appears the era of superpowers has gone to a
