Welcome to Lumina! Lumina is the capital of Arcturus, a futuristic version of America. After WWIV, Arcturus' scienctist team did an experiment on Lumina. They used Social Seperation and seperated Lumina into 12 districts. Astrology was a common idea that everyone knew so the districts were seperated by birth signs. The people of Lumina don't know what its like on the other side of the wall (Except if they fought in the war but even then...), in Arcturus, they don't remeber much beside Lumina due to WWIV trauma making them forget their life before Lumina.
